  5. Deactivation : Causes for Deactivation
Deactivation occurs when the user account expires. In normal circumstance an account is valid for 30 days . After 30 days the account must be renewed by Zone Managers to keep the account active. In case you are deactivated please call your local Zone Operators for activation of your account, since Alliance doesn’t support customers directly so no activation will be done from Alliance. So, to avoid deactivation it is suggested that the customers renew their packages before it expires.
Zone Managers will also watch carefully his users and update when required. In case of an emergency Alliance may activate any account , but the information for that specific account must be intimated by the corresponding Zone Managers prior to activation.Decision of Administrator regarding activation/decativation of an account is final.
